Tamil Nadu Public Service
Commission (TNPSC) has started the
application process for the Combined Civil Services Examination-I
(Group-I Services) for 90 posts. It will be a great opportunity for
aspiring candidates to work in the state government department and serve the
people of the society. The application submission started on 28th March 2024.
TNPSC conducts exams on various posts every year to fill the posts in the
administrative sections of the government.
The aspirants who are eligible
for the posts can apply for TNPSC Group 1 Recruitment from the
official website of the state government examination authority. The form will
be active on the portal till 27th April 2024. Candidates are advised to fill
out the application form as soon as possible to avoid the last-minute hurdle.

Age Criteria
The age limits set by the
commission for applying for this vacancy should be between 21 years and 39
years. Age concession will be allowed to candidates belonging to specified
categories as per the notification issued by the authority. This applies to those
candidates who belong to SC, ST, OBC, PWD, and other specified.

Registration Fees
After completing the details,
candidates need to pay the prescribed fees. If a candidate does not pay fees
before the last date of application then the application is considered invalid.
Fees will paid online through Net Banking/Credit Card/ Debit Card. Candidates
from the reserved category are exempted from paying fees. The online
registration fee is Rs.150 for One-time registration on the portal.

How to Apply for TNPSC Civil Services Group-1
Vacancies 2024
Those candidates who are
applying for the first time at the Tamilnadu Commission should follow the
following steps:-
1. First, Visit the main website of the TNPSC at
www.tnpsc.gov.in.
2. A candidate needs to register himself/herself on
the OTR platform available on the commission website and then
he/she can proceed further to fill application form. If the candidate is
already registered, then he/she can start directly by filling out the
application form.
3. Click on the “Apply Online” option. Next, Fill in
the registration ID and password in the login credentials.
4. Now, click on the TNPSC combined civil services
Group-1 apply link.
5. A page will open, fill out all the details, and
submit the required document.
6. After completing, click on the purview to verify
the information filling in the application form. Applicants must verify all the
details carefully because no changes will be allowed after that.
7. At last, click on the “Submit” button.
8. Download the application form and take a printout
of it for future reference.
