meet the eligibility criteria to apply. Aspirants are requested to download the
notification from the official website of the Selection Commission,
https://ssc.gov.in/ and read all the details regarding the eligibility criteria
carefully and then apply.
SSC MTS Vacancy 2024
The number of vacancies for the
SSC MTS 2024 exam is released officially by the Staff Selection Process; there
are a total of 8328 vacancies. Out of total positions, 4887 are for
Multi-Tasking Staff (Non-Technical) and 3439 for Havaldar in the Central Board
of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) and Central Bureau of Narcotics (CBN).
SSC MTS 2024 Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility criteria for the
post of Multi-Tasking Staff (Non-Technical) and Havaldar in the CBIC and CBN is
available below in terms of educational qualification and age limit.

Educational Qualification: A
candidate must have passed the Matriculation exam from a school recognised by
any State or Central Board.

Age Limit: One’s age shouldn’t
be below 18; and above 25 and 27 years for MTS and Havaldar.
Note: Candidates who belong to Other Backward Class and
Scheduled Tribes or Tribes can avail the benefits of 3 and 5 years upper age
relaxation.
SSC MTS 2024 Application Fee
To apply for SSC MTS Exam 2024
through the official website of Staff Selection Commission,
https://ssc.gov.in/. One has to deposit an amount of ₹100 online, if he is a
male and belongs to General or OBC category. All female candidates and SC, ST,
PWD and Ex-Serviceman male candidates are exempted from application fee.
SSC MTS 2024 Exam Date
The date of the CBT to be
conducted by the SSC for the post of MTS and Havaldar has not been made public,
but it is possible that the exam can be conducted in August 2024. In this exam,
90 multiple choice questions will be asked, of which will be of 270 marks, the
maximum time period for the candidates to solve all the questions asked in the
exam will be 90 minutes.

First of all, go to the official
website of the Staff Selection Commission.

On the web portal of SSC, you
will see the option of Apply under the Quick Links field, click on it.

After clicking on the
appropriate option, a pop-up will be visible, on which there will be an option
of ‘Multi Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff Examination, 2024,’ click on it.

Now, here you have to log in by
entering the registration number and password, if you do not have registered,
then you will have to register first, after that you will be able to log in.

After logging in, you have to
select the post name as MTS and fill in the basic and educational details.

Now you need to upload a
photograph and signature along with your required documents.

Finally, deposit the application
fee of ₹100, if applicable, then after that complete your application form by
clicking on the submit button.
