Selection Process: 

Registration -> Personal Interview -> Offer -> Background Checks & Medicals -> Onboarding -> Posting.



Detailed Process Flow:

  1. Online Registration by Eligible Candidates as per the above mentioned criteria.
  2. Pre - Screened Candidates will be invited for personal interview with further details like (Mode, Date and Venue for Interview).
  3. Depending upon the number of vacancies, the Bank reserves the right to call for Personal Interview
  4. Interview Invite will be informed to the candidates through registered e-mail only.

Compensation

Fixed pay - Depending upon current salary and Retrials, insurance etc. as per Standards + Variable Pay as per policy.



Roles & Responsibilities for RM:

  1. Acquire Key Institutional clients from the market with help of Respective State Head / Head Institutional Business and with help of respective Branch Head from their assigned catchments
  2. Develop and nurture trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients
  3. Acquire a thorough understanding of TASC customer needs and requirements
  4. Exhibits proper understanding of institutional sales with thrust on TASC products with CMS and digital solutions
  5. Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  6. Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely and compliant manner
  7. Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  8. Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  9. Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
  10. Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
  11. Ensure sourcing TPP opportunities by pitching GI products and Forex products



Job Puropose:

Relationship Manager  - Institutional Business is the primary touch point cum relationship manager for high value IB accounts across the Bank. The role engages with the key clientele of the segment within respective assigned markets, encompassing a Division of Branches to ensure deepening of relationship through various cross holding products. Relationship Manager – IB  also does prospecting and marketing for the new high value relationships to be brought in by offering and implementing proper product mix. The new relationships are to be nurtured properly aligning with Banking compliances
