Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their trusted advisor
- Understanding client objectives, challenges, and industry trends to offer strategic guidance
- Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to boost revenue
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure top-notch customer experiences
- Monitoring account performance, tracking KPIs, and providing regular reports
- Resolving client issues promptly and professionally
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in Account Management or similar client-facing roles
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
